Position: Sales & Business Development Executive  

Stockpile is one of Sri Lanka's fastest growing B2B marketplaces, connecting businesses with suppliers in the construction industry. We are looking for a results-oriented candidate to join our team to help expand our supplier base. 

Job Role:

• Identify and onboard suitable suppliers to the Stockpile platform
• Continuously engage with existing suppliers to improve their performance
• Provide updated reports to the management to track progress.

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Written and spoken competency in English
• Spoken competency in Sinhala
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to suppliers’ locations
• Ability to identify supplier challenges and provide solutions
• Competency with Microsoft Office and related computer software
• Manage and document tasks in a methodical manner
• A positive attitude to think beyond the normal methods to achieve targets

Nice to Have:

• Spoken competency in Tamil
• Experience with similar platforms or E-commerce sites
• Knowledge of construction related materials
